Ride the wave of
sensations, feelings,
and thoughts.

WATCH

Become the
witness. Observation
without judgement.
Take the hand
of your witness
to go deeper
within.

ALLOW

Focus on the
energy in motion in the body. Can you
risk letting go of
control, or trying to
understand and
anticipate?
