Gentle:  Ideal for beginners, this class incorporates Yogic breathing, warm-ups
and a flow of postures to stretch muscles and deeply relax the nervous system.

Beginning:  A class exploring foundational yoga postures and breath work.  Sweat while focusing on alignment.

All Levels:  Practice at your level and modify for a gentle, intermediate,or advanced experience.

Intermediate:  For students with at least 6 mos. Yoga experience;
an advanced flow of classical Yoga postures and advanced Pranayama.(Heated)

Advanced:  For experienced students, this intense workout can incorporate
back to back inversions, backbends, and arm balances (Heated).

We rotateinstructors each weekend to give you a flavor of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, or Sivananda Yoga.

 

Restorative:  A deeply restorative class with refined series of deep stretches.

Hatha: uses physical poses or Asana, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, and Meditation to achieve better health, as well as spirituality.

Vinyasa Yoga: Breath and movement are synchronized in a dance-like flow allowing the body to feel each breath move the body. (Heated to 80 degrees)

Happy Hour Yoga: A fun and freeing class to shake off the week and welcome the weekend!  Enjoy good music and a playful yoga flow.

 

Prenatal: Great for moms and great for babies; reduce the discomforts of pregnancy and learn body and breath awareness. Prenatal Yoga helps you prepare for labor as you get to enjoy the support of other moms to be.
